Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. "Bano IAS" refers to the institute operating this website.
Use of the website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its systems.
Courses & enrolment
Course details, batch dates and other information are provided for general guidance and may change. Enrolment, fees and refund terms are confirmed at the time of admission. Please verify the latest details with our counselling team before enrolling.
Shipping & delivery policy
Offline courses: classes are delivered from the scheduled batch start dates. The institute may change class dates with advance notice.
Online courses: access is granted within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
Return policy
No return is possible once services have been delivered. A return is only possible if a duplicate or excess payment was made for the same course.
Refund & cancellation policy
Offline classroom courses — the refund depends on when the refund request is made, measured from the batch start date or full fee payment:
• 85% refund — request made within 7 days
• 70% refund — request made within 15 days
• 50% refund — request made within 30 days
• 0% refund — request made after 30 days
Online courses: no refund is available on online courses. Please check the free demo videos before enrolling.
Additional conditions: refund applications must be made in person to the Head Admin; only the student or their parents may apply; the policy is not negotiable; and no refund is available where an EMI has been availed for offline classes.

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos and study material — is the property of Bano IAS or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability
