Shipping Policy
Offline Classroom Courses:
• The offline course are delivered in Bano IAS classroom from scheduled dates. • The institute reserve the right to change the date of the class if the circumstances demands so. Any change about the same will be intimated to the students in advance.Live/online Courses:
• Bano IAS will grant access to the online course within 48 hours from the time payment is received by the institute.Return Policy:
• Please note once the services are delivered NO return is possible. Return would be possible only in case if you have made payment more than once for the same course.Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Offline Classroom Courses:
In case if a student is unable to continue the classes due to unavoidable reasons and student has paid full fees, the student can avail the fee refund as per the following timelines: • 85% of the Fee paid if the Refund Request is raised within 7 days from commencement of the batch or date of full fee payment. • 70% of the Fee paid if the Refund Request is raised within 15 days from commencement of the batch or date of full fee payment. • 50% of the Fee paid if the Refund Request is raised within 30 days from commencement of the batch or date of full fee payment. • 0% of the Fee paid if the Refund Request is raised after 30 days from commencement of the batch or date of full fee payment.Please note the following in case of refund application:
• Submit the refund application in person to the Head Admin in the admission office. • Only the student or parents can submit “Fee Refund” application. Please note that, Bano IAS will not accept the Fee Refund applications from any other person/relative/friend. • The policy of fee refund is strictly according to the above mentioned terms and is not negotiable under any circumstances. • Any refund of fee received without proper documents like ID-card (if issued), fee receipt & written application after the expiry of applicable period will not be processed or entertained. • Please note no refund will be offered in case of EMI facility is availed by the student for offline classes.Live/online Courses:
