Every year, lakhs of students aspire for the coveted UPSC Civil Services — yet fewer than a thousand end up completing the journey. Given the intense competition, complexity and dynamic nature of the exam, students face a myriad of challenges along the way. Our team members have personally gone through these challenges over the years, learning the methods and best practices — through trial and error — that helped them crack the exam while at Jamia RCA. We aim to share this 'secret sauce' with students to save their precious years.

Bano IAS has been set up with the objective of providing high-quality, affordable education to UPSC aspirants. Every programme has been crafted after consultation with UPSC toppers, and quality is ensured by roping in the best faculty and following the best pedagogy methods for UPSC preparation.

The institute currently offers a UPSC Civil Services General Studies Prelims-cum-Mains Foundation Course for students who want to begin their preparation. It also offers a Mentorship Programme to streamline the journey for students already on their way.

We believe every aspirant is unique, with their own strengths and weaknesses — our Mentorship Programme helps each student identify those strengths and use them to their advantage, while also helping them recognise and overcome their weaknesses.
